"Being able to build a solid and trusting relationship with my patients is of the utmost importance to me. We work as a team to meet their health goals. It’s such an amazing feeling to see my patients succeed, especially when I know they have given me the privilege to be apart of their care.”
“I help you develop greater intimacy with your body's wisdom and listen to the physical, emotional, and social signals to pay attention to, approve of, process, and release so that you can live with more ease, flow, and clarity. We cater the healing to your needs and how your body responds (anywhere from one session to a few months).”
"I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in California. My training and emphasis is in Health Psychology, which focuses on the relationship between mental and physical health. I work with patients across the health spectrum, from anxiety disorders to GI Disorders, hypertension, and diabetes, teaching strategies to self-regulation the nervous system into greater homeostasis. My recently published book, "Simple Stress-Reduction: Easy and Effective Practices for Kids, Teens, and Adults" teaches simple, step-by-step techniques such as mindfulness, self-compassion, and sleep skills. I love making these practices quick and accessible for everyday use. Before joining IOPBM, I was full-time faculty at the University of Southern California, where I continue to serve as Clinical Assistant Professor supervising and teaching psychiatry residents."
