Concierge medicine, also known as membership or retainer medicine, is a medical model where patients become members and receive care on demand. In exchange for an annual fee, patients enjoy enhanced services such as minimal or no wait times, 24/7 phone access to their doctor, and extended office visits.

Depending on the concierge medical practice, your insurance may not be accepted, as the annual fee often covers all provided care. However, in some instances, insurance may still apply to laboratory tests and diagnostics outside the scope of concierge services. It’s important to keep your insurance active for hospital admissions or treatments not included in your concierge care.

In-person appointments available if requested in advance.

Free venipuncture for blood draws at the clinic.
Free B12 shot every 3 months.
50% off available supplements sold in the clinic.

Cash Pay

Members who don’t have insurance will pay a discounted rate for the visit, which is 50% off the visit rate.

Prompt Appointments

We will offer a prompt appointment to accommodate your needs within 24 hours.

No Cancellation Fee

You can cancel your appointment for any reason or at any time, even before the 48-hour mandatory rule.

Members will have access to our Registered Dietitians at a discounted rate.

Additional Members

Adding extra family members to your plan will cost $49 per person per month.

The individual plans for gastroenterology and primary care are separate, meaning that each plan focuses solely on its specific area of healthcare. The gastroenterology plan is dedicated to managing and treating digestive system conditions, while the primary care plan covers general health needs such as routine check-ups, preventive care, and the management of common illnesses. Patients who choose these separate plans receive care from distinct medical teams for each area, rather than an integrated service. This allows for focused expertise in each specialty but requires managing appointments and care coordination between the two.
