Kevin C. Klatt, PhD, RD is a nutrition researcher and registered dietitian who provides individualized medical nutrition therapy and health coaching to patients/clients. As a Registered Dietitian focused on teledietetics, Dr. Klatt provides a variety of services including general nutrition and wellness advice, nutrition education, and the development of individualized meal plans to fit both individual preferences and medical goals.

Dr. Klatt's clinical expertise lies primarily in medical nutrition management of cardiometabolic diseases, and nutrition for a healthy pregnancy, taking a client-centered approach that focuses on empowering individuals to better understand the evidence in nutrition and set goals that are science-backed and enjoyable.

In addition to clinical and counseling work, Dr. Klatt actively engages in molecular and human nutrition research, as well as maintaining editorial roles at top nutrition journals and being an active member of professional nutrition societies. Dr. Klatt completed his doctoral work in nutrition at Cornell University and his dietetic training at the National Institutes of Health, and now currently is a researcher at the Baylor College of Medicine.
