Amanda Sevilla, RDN, RYT is a registered dietitian and yoga teacher. She is certified in plant based nutrition and helps her patients implement lifestyle modifications to improve or prevent chronic disease and live their healthiest lives. Along with whole nutrition, she is a strong supporter of using self-care practices, mindfulness, and intentional movement as tools to facilitate wellness. She works with patients clinically as well as in her own independent practice, serves as the head of Nutrition for, writes nutrition and yoga-related articles for websites, and leads yoga and meditation classes. She believes that health is the true wealth, and is devoted to reminding others how rich their lives can be with every step, every smile, and every bite.
